There are thousands of South Dakota first responders, military personnel and military veterans that we invite to participate in our Annual Appreciation Shooting Competitions, sometimes they just need a little encouragement from a friend or family member.

We have heard stories from previous participants about how this event helped bring a loved one out of their shell...by attending and participating, it helped them get through a time when they felt their service hadn't been noticed or appreciated.

Our hope is that events like this can help prevent others from reaching that point of feeling unappreciated.

The comradery that can come out of an enjoyable competition that provides little more than "bragging rights" can remind them their sacrifices are appreciated and worthwhile.
